When you want an easy homemade colon cleanse, there are some warm teas that can be helpful as well. They can provide better circulation to your digestive system, which helps to allow it to heal, stop cramping, and it relieves gas as well. Here's one great recipe that can help.

-          Take a quarter inch of ginger root and then grate it. Then you'll need a teaspoon of chamomile, a teaspoon of honey, and a teaspoon of peppermint. Steep these ingredients in about 1 cup to 1.5 cups of water for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool to lukewarm and then drink it.
