Recipe #1
You'll need
to have some rose hips extract, some senna, and white sultana
raisins for this recipe. You'll need about 200 gm or each.
Start out by taking the raisins and steaming them in about a
liter of some water, and the same should be done with the
senna. Infuse them for about 30 minutes, then the liquids need
to be filtered. Next you can take these liquids and mix them
together in a large bottle that holds about 2.5 liters. Then
put the rose hips extract in as well. Fill this bottle with
water that has been boiled, and then allow it to cool. To
cleanse your colon, you should drink about 100ml each day of
the mixture for two weeks. It's probably best for you to drink
it during the evening for the best results.

One very
simple homemade colon cleanse recipe you can make is for a nice
tea. Just make sure you don't put any milk in this tea. You'll
need about 200 ml of some water, which needs to be boiled. As
it starts to boil, put in about two teaspoons of crushed ginger
and a couple of cloves. It should boil for three more minutes
after you do this. Then add in about 5 basil leaves, 3 or 4
mint leaves, and allow it to boil for five more minutes. Once
you see the water start to look brown, then you can take it off
the burner. Allow it to cool and add in about a tablespoon of
lemon juice. When it is lukewarm, drink the tea. Do this once
or twice a month for colon cleansing results.

Here is
another great homemade colon cleanse recipe that you can make
at home. You'll need several ripe plums, some honey, apple
cider vinegar, and some tamarind jam. Take the plums that have
been pitted, along with about 1/3 of the pits you have, and
place them in a big pan. Fill up the pot with water and boil it
for an hour or so. It should be uncovered. Make sure you stir
it now and then and add more water if you need it. After the
hour has past, take the pits out of the mix and then allow the
mixture to keep simmering for 20 minutes more. Once it is cool,
put the rest of the ingredients: tamarind jam, honey, and the
apple cider vinegar. Make sure it is put in containers that are
tightly sealed. Early in the morning, take a tablespoon of this
jam each day for about two weeks for the best colon cleansing
results.
