at least 60 ounces of water. Increasing your water intake along

colon.

herbs that can be added to your diet to work on cleaning out
your colon. Excellent herbs to add to your diet to help cleanse
the colon include cayenne pepper, ginger, aloe leaf, garlic,
and even fennel.
